What is a Managed Service Provider (MSP) and what do we do?
MSP or Managed Service Provider is comparable to an outsourced IT department. For example, the team at Dynacomp IT Solutions will manage your IT systems by performing maintenance, monitoring backups, and providing on-site and remote assistance.

What's included in the on-boarding process?
Once an agreement is reached with the client, on-boarding can begin. Every new client is on-boarded via a tailored plan that includes:
Installation of Dynacomp management tools
Installation of security tools
Cleanup of the physical environment
Labeling of all equipment, cabling, etc.
Configuration of client equipment to align with Dynacomp IT Solutions' standards and best practices (addressing any concerns or recommendations from the network assessment)
Documentation of all aspects of the client environment in our documentation system (may include photos of the environment)
Who do we provide our services to?
We provide the best IT solutions to the whole of Oahu, both business and residential. While we specialize in solutions for local businesses, we are happy to help all those in need of computer and technology assistance.
How much do we charge for our emergency response service?
If you are not an existing client, our emergency services are $140 per hour during business hours and $280 for after-hours, billed every half hour. You can elect to have this amount applied to the on-boarding charge should you decide to open a contract with us within 2 months of service. Customers on a managed contract receive unlimited access to all of our services including 24-hour support. Feel free to contact us for any additional information.
